Date of event: 24th-26th October 2026 MNZ Permit Number: 21858 Entries close at midnight on Sunday 11 October. Late entries will not be accepted after this date. Sign-on: Riders sign on will take place on Friday the 23rd October at the IDA Garden Bar & Restaurant, 26 Centennial Avenue, Alexandra from 6pm. Day 1 - 24/10/26 - Round 1 Venue: 1673-1741 Omakau-Chatto Creek Road, Alexandra 9392 - 45°07’50.5″S 169°31’05.3″E Scrutineering: 0830am Riders Briefing 0930am Start: 1000am Day 2 - 25/10/26 - Round 2 Venue: 1673-1741 Omakau-Chatto Creek Road, Alexandra 9392 - 45°07’50.5″S 169°31’05.3″E Riders Briefing 0930am Start: 1000am Day 3 - 26/10/26 - Round 3 Venue: 408-366 Alexandra-Fruitlands Road, Alexandra 9392 - 45°16’49.6″S 169°21’06.7″E Riders Briefing 0930am Start: 1000am Prize Giving: Monday 26th, IDA Garden Bar & Restaurant, from 4pm. Bikes must have a working lanyard; a front disc brake guard if there are holes in the disc; a solid disc rear sprocket or a sprocket which is covered so no holes remain visible; and a shark fin to prevent trapping between the lower chain run and the rear sprocket. Helmets will be checked at sign on. No camping or dogs are allowed at the properties because these are two working farms. The property for the first two days is 18km from the Alexandra monument. The property for the third day is 4-5km from the monument. Entry Fees: Senior $200 Junior $90 Mini $60 Minders – free In the event of cancellation of the event for whatever reason (e.g. adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances outside the control of the organisers) 70% of the entry fee will be refunded. This may take up to one month to process. Entries close at midnight on Sunday 11 October. Late entries will not be accepted after this date.
