• Helmets will be checked at sign on.
• All entries close at 9:00pm on Monday October 13th 2025.
• In the event of cancellation of the event for whatever reason (e.g. adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances outside the control of the Club), refunds will be provided but may take up to 28 days to process.
